The website www.SalesAd.my including all its official Android/iOS applications (“the Site”) operated by FREEJINI SDN BHD (1041416-M) (“Freejini”, “we” or “our”) is a service oriented business. Due to nature of our business, we do not offer any refunds for any of our Services once work has commenced. We strive to provide you (“Advertiser”, “Advertisers” or “you”) with the best possible service in a timely manner and to your satisfaction in order to connect your business with consumers in a straight forward and cost-effective way.
SalesAd Package Purchase
To advertise on the Site, you will need to register with us. A description on how the Site works for an Advertiser, the registration process and Packages and Fees can be found on salesad.my/advertise#howToAdvertise
The Package period begins from the date of receipt of payment of the Fee from you. You will be charged the Fee for the relevant Package chosen by you and you are also responsible for any applicable taxes, service or transaction charges by selected financial institution.
The Package is valid for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of receipt of your payment of the Fee. Any unused credits from the Package may be carried forward to the following year as follows:
by paying the Advertiser’s Annual Fee of Ringgit Malaysia One Hundred and Eighty (RM180.00) within THREE (3) months of the expiration of first Package. This activates your account for a further period of ONE (1) year from the date of receipt of payment; or
Purchase any Package within THREE (3) months of the expiration of your first Package. The new Package will expire ONE (1) year from the day it is purchased. If you purchase a new Package before the first Package expires, the new expiry date ONE (1) year from the first Package will apply.
iPay88 is our official payment gateway provider. Information on iPay88 can be found on their website www.ipay88.com. You are encouraged to read iPay88 website’s terms and conditions.
Once payment is made for the Services on our Site, iPay88 will send you an e-mail notification if the payment is successful.
For payments made by way of cheque, you will need to either send the cheque to our office address or deposit the cheque into our bank account. We will send you an e-mail notification once payment is successful.
Cancellation & Refund
You may cancel a Package within SEVEN (7) days of purchase provided you have not used any credits from the Package. You will then be entitled to receive a full refund of the Fee within THIRTY (30) days of your request.
Should your request to cancel your Package be received by us after SEVEN (7) days of purchasing a Package, you will be entitled to receive a refund of FIFTY PER CENTUM (50%) of your unused credits.
Cancellations can be made at any time by contacting our customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All refunds will be made by way of cheque to your bank account as provided by you.
In the event that your advertisement does not or fails to be published in the SalesAd app (“Failed Ad”) due to no fault of yours, we will return the credits used for the said Failed Ad to your SalesAd account.
However, where the Failed Ad is due to your fault such as your late response to our internal deadlines, insufficient credits, suspended account, failure to provide information or such similar reasons, you will not be entitled to receive a return of any credits nor shall we be responsible or liable for any consequences or loss due to the same.
In the event that incorrect information was provided by you for a published advertisement, we will not return any credits or make any refunds to you. To remove the incorrect advertisement, you may click on the ‘Unpublish’ button provided beside the name of your published ad under My SalesAd > Published. You may then post a new advertisement using your unused credits. No replacement advertisement will be provided by us free of charge due to your error in providing incorrect information.
Removal of advertisement
We receive the right to remove fake, spam, illegal or other sale advertisement which do not conform with our advertisement guidelines without prior notice to you. In the event of such removal, we will not return any credits to you. We will also not be liable for any loss of money, goodwill or reputation, or any special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of such removal.
